Description

The Taylor Made gas strut is a replacement part for boat hatches. It is constructed from heat-treated steel with a corrosion-resistant coating suitable for saltwater environments. This strut measures 10 inches long and provides 20 lbs of force to assist in lifting and gently closing hatch lids.

The gas strut features a blade-style connection for hinge-eye installation. It extends to ease lifting and compresses to prevent slamming, offering durability and resistance to rust.
