The Rancho RS5000X shock absorber is engineered to provide enhanced on-road and off-road performance for your vehicle. It features Rancho's patented rebound valving system and an advanced compression phase, offering a more responsive and controlled ride. Constructed with a 16mm Nitro-carburized rod and a 35mm bore, the RS5000X utilizes progressive engagement valving and a tuned compression control valve for optimal damping. The shock is gas pressurized and features a durable 1 3/8" Sintered iron piston with a glass-filled, Fluon banded design for consistent performance. Additional components include a rebound bumper, black natural rubber bushings, and a low-friction, self-lubricating seal to ensure longevity. These shocks are designed for vehicles with stock height or lifted suspension up to and including 6 inches. Installation instructions are included for a proper fit. The RS5000X shocks come with protective shock boots and feature double-welded loops for robust construction. Rancho offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on qualifying RS5000X shock absorbers, covering defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal operating conditions by the original purchaser on the original vehicle. This warranty excludes finish, and does not cover products that have been modified, improperly applied, or installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and incidental and consequential damages are excluded.
