Description

The 034Motorsport MLS Head Gasket Set is a Multi-Layer Steel upgrade for the EA837 Supercharged 3.0T V6 engine. It features a 4-layer MLS construction with proprietary Cometic MLX Technology for a strong seal between the cylinder heads. This gasket set is designed for high boost and high-stress applications, making it suitable for B8 3.0T Stage 2 and beyond.

The MLX design includes an extra 'stopper' fold-over layer that limits torque and prevents combustion seal yielding. High-temperature polymers and embossments protect the head and block surfaces from oil and coolant. This results in better combustion sealing, reduced bore distortion, and improved reliability compared to copper or OEM head gaskets.
