Gates 03-05 Mercedes-Benz C230 4-Cyl. 1.8L Upper Molded Coolant Hose

The Gates 23745 Premium Modular Coolant Hose is manufactured to fit specific applications and is similar to OEM specifications, including essential integrated OE components such as hose branches, quick-connectors, sensors, and restrictors. It features an EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement, and a heat-, ozone-, and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. The materials are specifically engineered to resist collapse under vacuum and electrochemical degradation, which is a leading cause of hose failure. It is designed with OEM-exact hose components and meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25mm (1 in.) ID, and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25mm (1 in.) ID and over. The hose has a temperature range of -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C). It is not for use in fuel or oil transfer applications.
