Description

The Gates 27697 is an air brake hose assembly designed for flexibility and kink resistance. It features a two-spiral construction that meets SAE J1402 specifications and complies with DOT FMVSS 106 requirements. The couplings on this hose also meet SAE and DOT minimum pull-off requirements, ensuring reliable performance.

This assembly has a centerline length of 36 inches and an inside diameter of 0.5 inches. It is rated for a temperature range of -40 Deg. F to +212 Deg. F (-40 Deg. C to +100 Deg. C). Note that federal law requires registration with the Department of Transportation for those producing air brake hose assemblies with swaged or crimped fittings.
