The Gates 70416 is a 1-inch inside diameter EFG4K spiral wire hydraulic hose. It is designed for very high-pressure and high-impulse applications, exceeding ISO 18752 Grade D, SAE 100R12, EN 856 R12, and ISO 3862 Type R12 requirements.

This hose is compatible with both standard petroleum-based hydraulic fluids and biodegradable options such as polyolester, polyglycol, and vegetable oil. It features an XtraTuff™ cover that offers superior ozone and weathering resistance and lasts up to 25 times longer than standard hose in abrasion tests.
