Description
Constructed with an EPDM tube and a heat, ozone, and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover, this hose features synthetic fiber knit reinforcement. It meets SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A requirements. The hose is pre-shaped for a perfect fit and to ensure sealed conditions, and its materials resist collapse under vacuum. The temperature range for this hose is -40 Deg. F to +257 Deg. F (-40 Deg. C to +125 Deg. C). Note that Gates recommends replacing hose clamps with each new coolant hose installation and advises against using this hose for fuel or oil transfer.
