Description

The Gates 71007 is a thermoplastic hydraulic hose designed for use in hydraulic systems. It features a polyester elastomer tube and synthetic fiber reinforcement. The hose has a 5/16-inch inner diameter and a 0.56-inch outer diameter.

This hose meets SAE 100R18, EN 3949, and ISO 3949 industry specifications. It can operate in a temperature range of -67°F to +212°F (-55°C to +100°C) with petroleum and synthetic oils, and up to +158°F (+70°C) with water-based fluids. It has a maximum working pressure of 3000 psi and a minimum burst pressure of 12000 psi. The hose also boasts a minimum bend radius of 1.8 inches. Its special urethane cover is orange, indicating its non-conductive properties, and it meets SAE 100R18 Electrical Conductivity Test standards for a maximum leakage of 50 microamperes.
