Description

The Gates 71009 is a hydraulic hose designed for demanding applications. It features a polyester elastomer tube and a durable special urethane cover in orange, indicating its non-conductive properties.

This hose meets SAE 100R18, EN 3949, and ISO 3949 standards. It is rated for a maximum working pressure of 3000 PSI and a minimum burst pressure of 12000 PSI. The hose has a 1/2 inch inner diameter and an 0.89 inch outer diameter, with a minimum bend radius of 2.8 inches. It can operate in a temperature range of -67°F to +212°F (-55°C to +100°C) for petroleum and synthetic oils, and up to +158°F (+70°C) for water-based fluids.
