The Gates 8V2500 Super HC PowerBand™ banded V-belt is designed for industrial heavy-duty, narrow section V-belt drives. It features Flex-Bonded tensile cords and a patented Flex-Weave™ cover for enhanced durability and protection against oil, dirt, and heat. The Powerband™ technology joins multiple V-belts with a high-strength tie band to prevent turnover and jumping off pulleys under pulsating loads, offering up to a 300% capacity increase over classical belts.
