The Gates TCKWP246A kit includes an OE timing belt, pulley, idler, and hydraulic tensioner (as necessary). The belt is engineered for quiet, reliable, low-maintenance performance, with superior resistance to contamination, heat, and wear. It features a tensile cord reinforced with aramid-fiber gripping teeth and high-saturation HNBR elastomeric composites for exceptional durability and heat resistance. The PTFE-infused belt-tooth jacket is reinforced with high-performance nylon material to reduce frictional losses and tooth shear.
