This Gates Engine Timing Belt is designed for quiet, reliable, low-maintenance performance with superior resistance to contamination, heat, and wear. It features a tensile cord reinforced with aramid-fiber gripping teeth and high-saturation HNBR elastomeric composites for exceptional durability. The PTFE-infused belt-tooth jacket is reinforced with high-performance nylon material to reduce frictional losses and tooth shear. It meets or exceeds OE standards of function and performance. This part is an OE Exact replacement with PTFE-infused jackets, high-grade HNBR rubber, premium tensile members, and Aramid-reinforced nylon jackets and backsides for increased durability and lifetime. Gates warranty matches the original manufacturer's timing belt replacement intervals.
