The Gates T271 is an engine timing belt designed for quiet, reliable, and low-maintenance performance. It offers superior resistance to contamination, heat, and wear, thanks to its superior construction. This belt features a tensile cord reinforced with aramid-fiber gripping teeth and high-saturation HNBR elastomeric composites for exceptional durability and heat resistance. Its PTFE-infused belt-tooth jacket is reinforced with high-performance nylon material to reduce frictional losses and tooth shear.
