The Gates B66 is a Hi-Power II V-belt designed for industrial and agricultural power transmission applications. It features a B section, which is a classic V-belt style with a top width of 21/32 inches (commonly referred to as 5/8 inch). The belt has an inside circumference of 66 inches and an outside circumference of 69 inches.

The belt is constructed with a Flex-Weave cover for enhanced durability and resistance to oil, dirt, and heat. It also utilizes Flex-Bonded Cords, a proprietary core material that bonds polyester cords to the belt body for uniform load distribution and stress absorption. The Gates Curves design optimizes the cross-section for proper cord support and pulley contact, leading to uniform wear and increased belt life. The B66 meets RMA standards for oil and heat resistance, as well as static conductivity requirements.
