The Gates 23820 is a defroster/air intake hose designed for HVAC applications. It is constructed with flexible, heat-resistant materials and features a helical steel wire reinforcement for durability. This hose can be easily cut and formed to the desired shape and length, offering resistance to tears, abrasion, and ozone. It complies with DOT FMVSS 302 standards and operates within a temperature range of -40 Deg. F to +250 Deg. F.
