The Gates K060667SF is a Stretch Fit Micro-V belt, engineered with advanced technology for optimal performance on unique stretch fit drive systems. The exclusive self-tensioning technology ensures a glove-like fit and sustained tension over time, addressing the demands of these specialized drive systems. Constructed from highly engineered EPDM belt ribs, this belt offers exceptional resistance to contamination, wear, and pilling. It features a specially formulated adhesive that securely locks onto the cord. This innovative design allows the cord to elongate and stretch as needed, yet critically, it never loses tension. The Gates engineered tensile cord provides a necessary combination of strength and flexibility, utilizing advanced polyamide tensile cord for durability. It is crucial to understand that Gates Stretch Fit™ belts are single-use only. If the belt is removed after installation, it must be replaced. This design characteristic is inherent to the stretch-fit installation process and ensures optimal performance and longevity when installed correctly.
