Description

The Gator Fasteners Competition 625 Series Head Stud Kit (HSK5967C-CS) is engineered for 1998.5-2024 Dodge RAM 2500/3500 trucks equipped with 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins diesel engines. These ultra-high-strength 625+ alloy studs provide superior clamping force compared to OEM head bolts, preventing head lift and costly head gasket failures under extreme cylinder pressure. The studs are heat-treated and thread-rolled after heat treatment to enhance fatigue strength and ensure consistent clamping load. A black oxide finish adds corrosion resistance. The kit includes all necessary 625 Series studs, nuts, washers, and assembly lubricant for installation.
