The Gerzy Bear Performance J-Series Billet Aluminum Intake Manifold & Runner System represents a decade of development, evolving from a handmade component to a CNC-machined, lightweight, and performance-engineered billet aluminum masterpiece. This system is designed as a high-performance replacement for your Jseries induction system, maximizing air delivery to the cylinder heads whether your vehicle remains naturally aspirated or utilizes forced induction such as a supercharger or nitrous oxide. It is also lighter than any comparable OEM intake manifold and runner pairing. The standard parts list includes the Gerzy Bear Performance Full Billet Aluminum Upper Intake Manifold with Dual Plenums, Full Billet Aluminum Lower Intake Runners (both with a CNC-machined finish), Billet Fuel Rails (required) with 6AN ORB ports, and all necessary stainless steel fastener hardware and O-rings for sealing mating surfaces. Optional components include custom-modified dual throttle bodies with linkage and OEM gaskets, as well as Y-shaped intake piping specifically for 2004-2008 Acura TL and 2003-2007 Honda Accord models. A 6AN fuel line adaptation kit for stock fuel systems is also available. Important guidelines for installation and use include the fact that the Billet Upper Intake Manifold, Lower Intake Runners, and Fuel Rails are mandatory for the system's function. If you choose to supply your own drive-by-cable throttle bodies, be aware that adapters, cables, or brackets are not provided. The system requires you to connect the upper intake manifold to your existing or custom intake piping or forced induction piping; Gerzy Bear Performance does not offer a pre-made solution for this. Once installed, this intake manifold system achieves a similar peak height to a 2007-2008 Acura TL-S intake manifold but is shorter in length and narrower in width.
