Vargas Turbocharger Technologies has meticulously redesigned the compressor housing, bearing housing, and turbine housing to optimize flow and spool characteristics. By increasing internal housing areas and slightly adjusting the turbine housing's AR ratio, these turbos aim to provide rapid spool-up comparable to stock N54 turbochargers, while unlocking substantial top-end power potential. The manufacturer claims that no other 700WHP capable turbocharger option on the market can match the spool, ease of fitment, power, or reliability of the GC LITE series. Key features include a performance-upgraded thrust system to enhance longevity and 16T billet compressor wheels for maximized flow per shaft revolution. The kit is designed to work perfectly with Vargas Turbocharger Technologies' 2" inlets and silicone HOT SIDE charge pipe; however, users can opt out of these components if they possess compatible aftermarket parts. It is crucial to note that these turbochargers will only function with Vargas Turbocharger Technologies' silicone charge pipes, and if existing charge pipes are reused, adapters must be removed. Failure to acquire compatible inlets and charge pipes will prevent installation, as stock components will not fit the new turbos. An optional 2000-degree ceramic coating is available for under-hood heat reduction and improved spool.
