GC Turbocharger Upgrade Kit

The Vargas VTT-S58-GC-1 turbocharger upgrade is engineered to significantly boost the performance of B58 and S58 engines without requiring core charges or dealing with restrictive factory housings. This unit is a direct, drop-in replacement that utilizes 100% new castings, ensuring all OEM restrictions are eliminated, unlike simple wheel-in-housing upgrades. The GC series turbochargers incorporate advanced aerodynamic technology, featuring a 9-blade, "point-milled" compressor wheel for maximum flow and surge reduction, and a 9-blade Mar-M 246 turbine wheel designed to enhance flow and maximize spool. The design retains all factory connections for oil, water, downpipe, and charge pipe, simplifying installation. Internal components have been redesigned and improved, including bearing housing oiling and an upgraded thrust bearing. This turbocharger upgrade supports up to 800 WHP (for the GC model) and maintains factory spool characteristics.
