This Gen-2 CCV Reroute/DPF/EGR Delete Kit from Spelab is engineered for off-road 2011–2024 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke F250, F350, and F450 owners seeking to remove major emissions restrictions and optimize crankcase vapor management for a tuned diesel setup. The kit addresses common issues with factory emission components. The DPF, known for clogging, forced regenerations, and increased backpressure, is entirely removed to eliminate these cycles, reduce restriction, and boost horsepower, torque, and fuel mileage. The EGR system, which recirculates hot, soot-filled exhaust, is blocked and bypassed to minimize carbon deposits, lower engine temperature, and sharpen throttle response. The Gen-2 CCV reroute features a one-piece CNC billet aluminum construction for a leakproof seal and utilizes an extended hose to safely divert blow-by fumes to the tailpipe, preventing oil sludge buildup on the turbo and intake components. Constructed from T-409 stainless steel with a 2mm thickness for durability, the exhaust components feature mandrel-bent construction for maximum flow efficiency. The kit is compatible with various DPF delete pipe options (4" and 5") and offers different EGR delete configurations based on model year. An aftermarket tune is required for operation.
