Each system is meticulously built by hand, utilizing components like laser-cut upper mounts and hand-welded lower brackets, all matched with vehicle-specific valving to ensure optimal function. This coilover set is engineered for a precise fit and enhanced driving dynamics, offering up to 36-way adjustable damping to allow fine-tuning of both shock compression and rebound. The system utilizes urethane bushings to minimize vibrations and suspension noise during daily driving, while roller bearings are incorporated on MacPherson suspensions to prevent spring twisting and associated noise. Rubber padding further contributes to a quieter ride by reducing noise from suspension movements. Adjustability is a key feature, with preset approximate height reductions of -35mm to -40mm in the front and -15mm to -20mm in the rear. The maximum adjustment ranges provide further flexibility, with +5mm to -110mm for the front and +5mm to -60mm for the rear. RS-R also recommends specific adjustments for optimal rideability: -10mm to -65mm front and -10mm to -55mm rear. Spring rates are set at 10.0kg/mm for the front and 9.00kg/mm for the rear. Additionally, select vehicles can achieve up to 1.5 degrees of camber adjustment by rotating the upper mount plate. These coilovers are specifically designed for the Lexus RC350 F Sport AWD models from 2015 through 2025 and are compatible with the factory AVS system.
