The Rev9 Power Front Mount Intercooler Kit is a Gen 2 upgrade specifically designed for the 2002-2007 Subaru Impreza WRX and WRX STI models, including all turbo variants. This kit features a durable bar and plate intercooler design, engineered for improved cooling efficiency and capable of supporting 300-550 horsepower. The intercooler measures 28 inches in core length, 9.5 inches in core height, and 3.75 inches in thickness, with 2.5-inch inlet and outlet sizes, resulting in an overall length of 34.5 inches. Included in the comprehensive kit are a 6-piece polished stainless steel pipe setup, 9 polyester reinforced high-temperature silicone hoses, 17 t-bolt clamps, a coolant overflow tank, an intake adapter flange, and an intercooler mounting bracket. Notably, this kit allows for the retention of factory fog lights. This intercooler kit is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the specified Subaru models, aiming to reduce intake air temperatures and increase power output.
