Gen 2 Tubular Front Bumper

The Eurowise Gen 2 Tubular Front Bumper is designed specifically for the second-generation Volkswagen Touareg (T3) models from 2010 to 2018. Constructed in-house using 1.5-inch DOM tubing with CNC bending for a kink-free, precise fit, this bumper offers improved approach angles and an aggressive off-road aesthetic. It features a robust 3/8-inch thick winch mounting plate and two integrated recovery eyelets welded directly to the main bumper tube. This bumper replaces the factory unit and is a 100% bolt-on application, requiring no welding for installation. It includes OE-style radiator support tabs to ensure proper mounting. Minor trimming to the fan shroud may be necessary, but this modification is not visible once installed. Available options allow for customization, including the addition of a bull bar constructed from .120" wall tubing, a removable 3/16" thick bolt-on front skid plate, and various light bracket configurations (clamp-on or welded). Protection for intercooler inlets is also an option, with smaller skid plates welded to the bumper's openings. Additionally, intercooler relocation tabs are standard on all bumpers. Please note that parking sensors and dynamic cruise control features cannot be retained with this bumper without custom fabrication, as these sensors are integrated into the factory lower valence. Customers planning to run 34-inch or larger tires should leave a note at checkout so the bumper can be cut shorter for adequate clearance. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of this product, slight variations in fitment may occur, and small gaps may be present compared to the stock bumper cover; these can typically be adjusted with shims or by modifying the mounting points. Production lead time is typically 3-5 weeks, and orders cannot be canceled once placed.
