Gen 3 44mm Wastegate Kit

The VS Racing VSR44WGD is a Gen 3 44mm wastegate, designed with a piston-based mechanism for reliable boost control. This external wastegate is constructed with a stainless steel base and an aluminum top cap, finished in black. Included in the kit are flanges for installation. The wastegate comes with a pre-installed base spring pressure of 8 psi and a 5 psi inner spring, totaling 13 psi. An additional 4 psi spring is also provided, allowing for tuning options. The primary spring combination results in 10.5 psi combined pre-installed pressure. For spring pressure applications, connect your pressure source to the bottom port, choosing the best location and capping the unused port. One top port should be vented, and the other capped. For electronic or dome pressure setups, a solenoid can be used. Tee the input from your pressure source to the bottom port. The solenoid's output should connect to either top port, with the other top port capped if not used for a dome pressure sensor.
