Gen 3 Camber Plates Front McPherson Strut

The Vorshlag Gen 3 Camber Plates are specifically engineered for the F56 chassis MINI Cooper models (2014+), including the F55 and F57 variants. These McPherson strut suspension components address the factory's lack of camber adjustment, which can lead to excessive outside front tire wear and reduced cornering grip during performance driving like road course or autocross events. These camber plates allow for up to 3.5 degrees of additional negative camber, keeping front tires flatter during cornering to improve grip and reduce tire wear. The construction features an aluminum alloy main plate and a steel alloy bearing holder, utilizing oversized, sealed radial ball bearings for enhanced durability and wear resistance compared to smaller bearings found in competing products. The components are CNC machined in-house and plated for maximum corrosion resistance. Installation is straightforward with basic hand tools, requiring no chassis modifications. Camber adjustment is easily performed track-side using simple hand tools, though a 1/4" hex wrench is sold separately. This specific entry includes OEM-style upper spring perches that match the factory front spring diameter as well as all aftermarket lowering springs for the F56. It is noted that factory F56 struts require a custom machined long reach strut top nut (included when that strut style is selected) instead of the factory Nylock nut to ensure full thread engagement. Note that this product entry is for OEM sized front springs and aftermarket lowering springs. A separate entry exists for coilover spring options.
