Gen 3 Hemi 6.4L Cast Iron Bare Engine Block

The Mopar 05045475AG is a brand new OEM "BGE" bare engine block, designed for Gen 3 Hemi 6.4L VVT engines. Constructed from durable cast iron, this block is also known as the 392 truck block. It was originally introduced as OE equipment on 6.4L Ram Trucks and all 6.4L vehicles from 2018 onwards. This block is designed to be interchangeable with all 2011-2024 392 blocks, providing a more robust option for 2011-2017 applications. It shares a similar casting to the Hellcat block but features a black exterior finish instead of orange and is not torque plate honed. The stock bore size is 4.090", making it suitable for enhanced Hellcat engine builds, as well as 6.4L 392 HEMI and 5.7L HEMI engine projects. It is a direct swap for VVT vehicles with the stock 4.090" bore; otherwise, machining may be necessary. This block replaces Mopar part numbers 05045475AD, 05045475AE, and 05045475AF.
