The NM Engineering Short Shift Adapter is a direct-fit modification for MINI Gen 3 manual transmission vehicles. This adapter installs on the lower end of the factory shifter to reduce throw by 20mm. It is constructed from 100% CNC-machined T303 stainless steel.

The NM Engineering Short Shift Adapter is designed for MINI Gen 3 models with manual transmissions, including ALL4 drivetrains. This adapter modifies the factory shifter's lower end to significantly reduce gear shift travel by 20mm, providing a crisper, more precise shift engagement. Full, step-by-step installation instructions are included. This short shift adapter is compatible with a wide range of MINI Gen 3 models, including the Cooper Clubman F54 (2016+), Cooper Convertible F57 (2016+), and Cooper Hatchback F55/F56 (2014-2024). It fits various submodels and engines, from the Base 1.5L Turbo to the JCW 2.0L Turbo variants.
