Description

The Texas Speed Gen 4 DOD Delete Kit is designed to eliminate the factory AFM/DOD system on GM Gen 4 engines. It includes a non-DOD valley cover, a full set of 16 LS7-style lifters, GM LS2 lifter trays, a head bolt kit, multi-layer steel head gaskets, and essential seals and gaskets for a comprehensive install. This kit must be used in conjunction with a non-DOD camshaft. Important compatibility constraints apply to this product: it fits Gen 4 LS applications ONLY and will not fit Gen 5 LT applications. Tuning is required after installation to successfully disable the DOD/AFM system. The kit supports a wide range of vehicle configurations, including 2007.5–2013 and 2014–2018 GM/SUV gas trucks, 2010–2014 and 2015–2024 Chevrolet Camaro models, as well as 2005–2014 Dodge/Chrysler 5.7L/6.4L Hemi cars and 2005–2014 Ram trucks with 5.7L or 6.4L Hemi engines.
