Gen 5 3.0L Twin-Screw Supercharger System

The Whipple Gen 5 supercharger system brings Dodge's factory Drag Pak technology to your 5.7L HEMI 300c. This advanced system is designed for industry-leading efficiency from idle to redline, surpassing previous Gen 3 and 4 models. It features all-new bearings, gears, rotors, and housing, enabling higher speeds and increased power output safely. Key technical advancements in the Gen 5 include an exclusive 3x4 rotor combination and a 285-degree helix, compared to the previous 3/5 rotors and 270-degree helix. It incorporates a new bellmouth inlet, an optimized discharge port, and an increased diameter-to-length ratio for superior efficiency. The integrated Crusher™ 112mm round inlet outflows smaller competitor inlets and accommodates optional oversized throttle bodies, while the patent-pending dual intercooler core and dual-pass technology provide industry-leading cooling capacity. This comprehensive kit includes high-flow fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, an oversized heat exchanger, a high-flow intercooler pump, and all necessary pre-formed hoses and wiring connectors for an easier installation. The system is compatible with 2011-2014, 2015-2017, and 2018+ 5.7L HEMI 300c models, though model years 2015-2021 and later require an unlocked PCM (Whipple provides an HP Tuner unlock code). Model years 2018-2021 kits also include a security gateway module.
