The Whipple Superchargers Gen 5 3.0L W185RF is the most powerful supercharger system available for Hemi engines, building on over 30 years of twin-screw supercharging experience. It incorporates the latest patented dual intercooler and dual pass technology for industry-leading cooling capacity, a massive 109mm high-flowing inlet, and updated 3/4 rotors with an enhanced belt system for superior performance. This system delivers neck-whipping torque and impressive top-end horsepower, utilizing technology found in Dodge's factory Drag Pak program. The Gen 5 supercharger boasts industry-leading efficiency from idle to redline, with all-new bearings, gears, rotors, and housing allowing for faster, safer, and more powerful operation than previous models. It features a 3/4 rotor combination with a 285-degree helix and an optimized discharge port for higher efficiency. The kit includes high-flow fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, an oversized heat exchanger, a high-flow intercooler pump, and all necessary pre-formed hoses and wiring connectors for straightforward installation. For 2015-2021 model years, an unlocked PCM is required, and Whipple includes an HP Tuner unlock code; the PCM must be sent to HP Tuners for unlocking. Kits for 2018-2021 models also include a security gateway module. Crucially, this system is **not compatible with the eTorque engine option**. The system is 50-state legal for 2019-2020 model years (D-231-85).
