The Whipple Superchargers Gen 6 3.0L Stage 2 Competition kit is designed for the most aggressive performance builds on 2024-2026 Ford F-150 5.0L models. This kit leverages Whipple's decades of twin-screw supercharging expertise, offering superior airflow, cooling capacity, and engineering refinement. At its core is the front-feed Gen 6 W185AX 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, featuring Whipple's 3x4 rotor profile for enhanced RPM capacity and airflow. The sealed, inverted design fits neatly in the engine valley, accommodating a massive intercooler and efficient airflow path. This is complemented by an oversized 150mm Crusher™ inlet and a 132mm Roval throttle body, ensuring substantial airflow. The Stage 2 Competition package includes essential components like billet fuel rails, an integrated air-to-water intercooler system with a dual-pass, dual-core design, an oversized heat exchanger, and a high-flow intercooler pump for superior thermal management. Plug-and-play wiring, a billet idler system, and necessary mounting hardware are also included. However, this kit does not include injectors, a tuning device, or PCM calibration, making it ideal for custom competition builds where these elements are independently specified. This system is specifically engineered for the latest F-150 platform, fitting under the stock hood with a clean, integrated layout. It offers instant boost response, a broad torque curve, quick-change pulleys, and easy belt servicing. Crucially, this is a competition-only system intended for off-road and racing use.
