Gen 6 3.0L Stage 2 Supercharger System

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 2 supercharger system is engineered specifically for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L, offering a powerful upgrade with 50-state legal and CARB EO D-231-55 certification. At its core is the Whipple Gen 6 W185ax 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, which moves more air with less effort than smaller systems, contributing to lower discharge temperatures and reduced parasitic loss. This larger displacement design, coupled with a unique Roval 150mm inlet and a billet 132mm Crusher throttle body, ensures maximum airflow potential and a flat torque curve for incredible acceleration. The kit includes billet fuel rails, 55LB/HR fuel injectors, and a DW400 fuel pump upgrade to support the increased power output, aiming for up to 825 horsepower and 640 ft-lb of torque on 93-octane fuel. Cooling performance is a key aspect of this system, featuring a patented dual core, dual pass intercooler with a massive heat exchanger and high-flow pump. This design helps maintain lower air charge temperatures under demanding conditions, allowing for more consistent performance. The kit also comes with an HP Tuners MPVI4 flash tool and Whipple calibration support, designed for stock-engine combinations. Calibrations should be requested before installation. It includes all necessary parts and hardware for installation, utilizing plug-and-play wiring. Whipple offers a proven 6-rib belt system with a heavy-duty tensioner, with an optional 10-rib system available.
