The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit represents the pinnacle of twin-screw supercharger technology for GM LT direct-injected engines. Building on decades of innovation since 1987, Whipple has engineered this system to provide unparalleled power and efficiency for the 6.6L engine. The heart of this system is the massive, oversized air-to-water intercooler, crafted from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with ultra-dense fins for superior cooling. It works in conjunction with the award-winning 6th generation 3.0L Whipple twin-screw supercharger. An innovative intercooled bypass system optimizes acceleration while maintaining fuel economy during cruising. The kit also includes a high-flow aluminum intake manifold, a high-capacity water system, a billet idler plate, and an adjustable idler system. This supercharger system is compatible with both stock and extensively modified engines. It features a large dual-pass heat exchanger for rapid recovery times and consistent temperatures. The system can achieve up to 685HP and 695 FT-LB TRQ with only 7psi of boost, making it a leader in positive displacement supercharging. The kit is 50 state CARB legal (EO D-231-106).
