Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit is engineered to provide significant power gains for the 2019-2022 Dodge Ram 1500 equipped with the 5.7L HEMI engine. This emissions-legal, twin-screw system delivers up to 180 RWHP, resulting in improved throttle response and a more potent mid-range pull. The core of the kit is the Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, known for its high airflow, thermal efficiency, and immediate boost. Cooling is managed through Whipple's patented dual-pass intercooler design, an oversized heat exchanger, and a high-flow intercooler pump to maintain consistent charge air temperatures under load. The system includes essential supporting hardware such as billet fuel rails and upgraded injectors. Tuning support is provided via HP Tuners RTD, requiring a PCM unlock and the included Smart Access Cable for security bypass on 2018+ vehicles. It is important to note that this supercharger system is not compatible with the eTorque engine option. This kit is 50-state legal with CARB EO D-231-145.
