Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit is engineered to bring significant power gains to the 2019-2022 Ram 1500 5.7L E-Torque platform while retaining E-Torque compatibility. At its core is the Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, featuring a Crusher™ 109mm round inlet designed to outflow smaller factory-style inlets and provide instant positive displacement power. This enhances street performance with strong throttle response and broad torque delivery. Cooling is a critical component of this system, utilizing an oversized air-to-water intercooler with a massive bar-and-plate core. This is paired with an industry-leading heat exchanger and a high-flow intercooler pump to effectively control air-charge temperatures, ensuring consistent power output under load, even on pump gas. The kit comes complete with essential supporting hardware, including high-flow fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, plug-and-play wiring, and the necessary PCM unlock support and security bypass. Whipple's design also incorporates an oversized intercooled air-bypass system to reduce burst knock and improve drivability, a self-contained oversized oil system, and a robust 8-rib belt drive with a billet idler system. Designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, this supercharger system reflects Whipple's extensive experience in supercharger development. The system is CARB certified and 50-state legal (CARB EO D-231-152). Installation is described as hard, requiring mechanical expertise or professional installation and approximately 6 hours.
