The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L supercharger system represents a significant advancement in twin-screw supercharging technology for GM LS-based engines. Building on decades of experience, this patented dual intercooled system delivers exceptional power and efficiency. At its core is the 3.0L Gen 6 twin-screw supercharger, featuring a massive 112mm front-feed intake designed to maximize airflow, directly translating to increased horsepower and torque. The system boasts Whipple's cutting-edge dual intercooler technology, incorporating dual air and dual water passes. This innovative design dramatically increases cooling surface area and heat dissipation, ensuring cooler intake air temperatures and maintaining optimal engine performance even under extreme conditions. The 6th generation rotors offer the highest efficiency achieved in a Whipple design, reaching 99% volumetric efficiency for more power, improved throttle response, and better fuel efficiency. This hot rod/universal kit is designed for LS3/L92 or LS7 cylinder head types. It includes the 3.0L Whipple twin-screw Gen 6 supercharger, super high density, patented dual bar and plate, air-to-water intercoolers, and billet 8AN fuel rails. It is mandatory to use a WEGNER accessory drive for installation.
