Gen 6 3.8L Supercharger Upgrade Kit

The Whipple Gen 6 3.8L supercharger upgrade kit is engineered to significantly boost power for the 2020-2022 Ford Shelby GT500. At its core is the Whipple Gen 6 W235ax 3.8L twin-screw supercharger, featuring a 3x4 rotor combination for increased RPM capacity and airflow. This larger displacement unit (43% more than the factory 2.65L roots-style) provides a broader torque curve with lower power draw and discharge temperatures. When used with 93-octane fuel and a stock engine/exhaust, this kit can achieve up to 1035 horsepower at 16 psi of boost. Supporting the increased airflow are a billet 132mm throttle body and Whipple's 145mm high-flow cold air intake with an oversized filter. The cooling system is a major enhancement, utilizing patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler technology for dramatically improved cooling effectiveness and repeatable performance under demanding conditions. A Tomahawk flash tool with calibration support is also included. This Whipple supercharger kit is CARB certified and 50-state legal (CARB EO D-231-84), offering a powerful upgrade without compromising legality.
