Gen 6 W185ax 3.0L Twin-Screw Supercharger Stage 1 Kit

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 1 Supercharger Kit is engineered to transform the driving experience of the 2018-2021 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L. At its core is the Whipple Gen 6 W185ax 3.0L twin-screw supercharger, designed for enhanced efficiency and performance with a 3/4 rotor combination and a 285-degree helix angle. This larger displacement unit moves more air with less effort, reducing discharge temperatures and parasitic loss for the characteristic Whipple instant torque and sharp throttle response. This comprehensive Stage 1 system is designed to work with the factory stock throttle body while maximizing airflow through a 150mm Crusher™ Roval inlet and a high-flow air intake system. Fueling is supported by billet fuel rails and high-flow injectors. The kit includes an HP Tuners MPVI4 flash tool and Whipple calibration support, providing a complete, integrated package. Installation requires no cutting or engine modifications and aims for a factory-installed appearance. Cooling performance is a key focus, featuring a patented dual-pass, dual-core intercooler, an industry-leading heat exchanger, water reservoir, and intercooler pump. The system is 50-state legal and CARB EO D-231-69 certified. On 93-octane fuel under optimal conditions, the Stage 1 system is capable of producing up to 750 flywheel horsepower and 640 foot-pounds of torque. The kit includes all necessary parts and hardware for installation, with plug-and-play wiring. An optional 10-rib belt system is available for more aggressive setups. Note that this kit will not fit 2022-2023 Mustang models.
