The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Stage 1 Supercharger Kit represents the pinnacle of bolt-on power systems for the 2018-2020 Ford F-150 5.0L. Designed for demanding real-world truck use and requiring 91 octane or better fuel, this kit provides an impressive increase in power, achieving up to 725 horsepower and 625 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel. It offers the characteristic instant boost and flat torque curve that defines Whipple systems. At the heart of this system is the Gen 6 W185ax 3.0L Whipple twin-screw supercharger. This unit utilizes an oversized Crusher™ air system and a distinctive Roval 150mm inlet, engineered to maximize airflow capacity while retaining the stock throttle body in its Stage 1 configuration. This design ensures robust airflow, excellent street drivability, and a response that Whipple systems are renowned for. Thermal management is a critical component of the Whipple advantage. The kit features a patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler system, which routes air through the intercooler twice for superior thermal efficiency.
