Gen IV/V GM V8 Flex Fuel Kit

The DSX Tuning Flex Fuel Kit is designed as the original plug-and-play solution for integrating flex fuel capabilities into Gen IV and Gen V GM V8 vehicles, including the 2016+ Camaro SS. This system allows you to seamlessly run a range of fuel blends, from pure gasoline to straight ethanol, significantly revealing the true power potential of your vehicle's setup. Ethanol, in particular, offers substantial benefits in forced induction scenarios, and this kit enables you to switch between fuels without constant monitoring or ECU reflashing. The kit utilizes a Genuine GM Flex Fuel sensor and features a corrosion-resistant plumbing kit for straightforward installation. It includes a plug-and-play wiring harness constructed with OEM connectors and terminals, ensuring a reliable connection. A unique DSX Tuning 3D-printed fuel line disconnect is also provided. For an enhanced fuel delivery system, an optional crimped and pressure-tested PTFE line (8AN with 6AN connections) is available as a replacement for the factory over-the-engine line, ensuring optimal flow. While the kit can be physically installed without immediate tuning, activation of the flex fuel functionality within the ECM is required to gain the ability to switch fuels. This activation is performed using tuning software such as HP Tuners or EFILive. The DSX manufactured components are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, while the GM sensors carry a 90-day warranty.
