The 3SX Performance Gen1 LED Headlight Conversion Kit offers a significant lighting upgrade for Mitsubishi 3000GT and Dodge Stealth models from 1991-1993. This kit replaces tired, old sealed beam headlights with modern LED technology for improved visibility. Buyers can choose between an OE-Style lens for a factory look with enhanced output or a Diamond-Clear Style lens for a custom, crystal clear appearance and slightly more output. The LED bulbs feature a 40W wattage and a lumen rating of 4000 per bulb (8000 per pair). Each bulb is equipped with both a heatsink and a silent cooling fan to ensure excellent light output and longevity. For those opting for the Crystal Diamond Style lenses, minor modifications to the lens and housing bucket may be necessary. Early cars with smaller bucket bores might require a simple 10-minute fix using a rotary tool. Additionally, early models may need the OE-Style rubber boots removed, though these are optional. Some units may include optional city light bulbs that can be wired to running or turn signal lights, or the wires can be left unconnected.
