The CTS Turbo Gen2 B58TU 6-port BOSS Turbo Upgrade Kit represents a significant performance enhancement for compatible B58TU 6-port engines. Engineered with a GTX3582R-style Gen2 ceramic ball-bearing CHRA, this kit boasts a robust billet 11-blade compressor wheel and a proprietary stainless steel twin-scroll turbine housing, meticulously optimized through transient flow analysis and flow bench testing. This approach eliminates the need for custom fabrication or additional parts for these systems. The turbocharger itself is a complete new unit, negating the requirement to send in a core. It is VSR balanced to exceed OE tolerances and features a 4-inch turbo inlet. Rigorous testing by Titan Motorsports has demonstrated the kit's capability to produce record-shattering power levels, achieving over 879 wheel horsepower on a stock engine block without nitrous. The optimized twin-scroll design ensures boost builds rapidly, closely mimicking the response of the stock turbocharger. This upgrade kit is specifically compatible with the 2021-present A91 Toyota Supra (with 6-port exhaust manifold), the 2019-present BMW G20 M340i, and the 2019-present BMW Z4 M40i, all equipped with the B58TU 6-port engine.
