Gen2 Redline Intake System

The Cobb SF Intake System with Airbox is a C.A.R.B. certified performance upgrade designed to eliminate pre-turbo restrictions in the stock intake system for the 2010-2013 Mazda Mazdaspeed3 (Gen 2). This system enhances engine sound, producing a more pronounced snarl and making the turbo spool more audible. It features a CFD-designed velocity stack and an integrated airflow straightener grid, ensuring smooth and precise airflow across the Mass Air Flow sensor for accurate readings. The composite intake body contributes to weight savings, reduces heat transfer to the intake charge, and offers resistance to deformation under varying temperatures. Additionally, the CNC-cut aluminum airbox provides protection for the filter element from under-hood heat and debris. The included SF Intake Filter comes pre-oiled for convenience. It's important to note that all aftermarket intakes for Mazdaspeeds require ECU tuning to ensure the MAF sensor reads correctly and the engine operates within safe parameters.
