Gen3 1.8T/2.0T TSI Downpipe

The CTS Turbo Gen3 1.8T/2.0T TSI Downpipe is engineered to enhance exhaust flow and performance for Gen 3 TSI EA888.3 motors. Unlike the restrictive factory downpipe, this high-flow unit is constructed from mandrel-bent 3" T304 seamless stainless steel tubing and features T304 stainless steel flanges and a T304 stainless steel O2 bung. The construction is 100% TIG welded for maximum durability. Key features include a high-flow 200-cell catalytic converter, CNC machined turbine discharge flange, and a modular design for straightforward catalytic converter installation. The product also boasts a great sound without drone, even when used with the factory exhaust system. This downpipe is specifically designed for non-MQB Gen3 and Gen3-B engines equipped with a V-band downpipe and black engine cover. It is compatible with the 2013.5 – 2018 MK6 Jetta 1.8T/2.0T Gen3 TSI (including B-cycle models), the 2013.5 – 2018 VW Beetle 1.8T/2.0T Gen3 TSI (including B-cycle models), and the 2013.5 – 2020 VW Passat 1.8T Gen3 TSI (including B-cycle models). Please note: This product is sold for competition use and is not legal for use in highway or street vehicles. A Stage 2 software upgrade is strongly recommended for proper operation and to avoid a check engine light. Proper tuning software must be used to remove the CEL that will occur.
