GEN3 Standalone Drive-by-Cable Wiring Harness

The PSI Conversion HAR-GEN3-DBC is a standalone wiring harness meticulously engineered for the seamless integration of 1997-2007 LS and Vortec engines (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L) into a wide range of classic muscle cars, street rods, and non-emissions controlled vehicles. Constructed with brand new GM Delphi connectors and TXL high-temperature wire to GM specifications, this harness ensures durability and reliability. Designed for a straightforward installation, the HAR-GEN3-DBC offers a plug-and-play experience with a simple four-wire hookup, requiring only switched power, constant power, and ground connections. It includes connections for essential components such as the fuse/relay box, fuel pump control, fan controls, check engine light, speedometer, tachometer, OBD2 port, IAC, TPS, MAF, MAP, coolant temp sensor, alternator control, two upstream oxygen sensors, crankshaft and camshaft position sensors, fuel injectors, coils, transmission control, and knock sensors. The harness provides 4-5 feet of length from the cylinder head to the PCM mounting position and features a sliding grommet seal for a professional, leak-proof installation. This harness is compatible with 4L60E, 4L80E, or T56 transmissions. Please note that all harnesses require a PCM with VATs removed, which is available separately from PSI. Optional features such as braided loom, cruise control, AC recognition, E85 flex fuel signal wire, and TCC/brake switch kits can be added during configuration. Custom tuning is required if the E85 flex fuel signal wire option is selected.
