The Turbosmart Gen4 HyperGate45 is an external wastegate designed for minimum size and flow. It features Turbosmart's unique locking collar design for reduced size and quicker spring changes. The wastegate is available in black and has 7 & 14 psi base spring configurations.

The Turbosmart Gen4 HyperGate45 is an external wastegate that builds on the legacy of previous generations, offering a compact and lightweight design. It incorporates Turbosmart's unique locking collar system, which allows for reduced overall size and facilitates quicker spring changes. The wastegate is available in black and comes with 7 psi and 14 psi base spring configurations, with additional spring options available from 3 psi to 26 psi. Constructed with a solid, one-piece coated stainless steel valve and a silicon Nomex diaphragm, this wastegate is built for durability. It features V-Band inlet and outlet connections suitable for 40mm peer fitment and includes 1/16 NPT reference ports, with twin reference ports for versatile setup. An optional Wastegate Position Sensor Upgrade and a High Pressure (HP) version capable of handling up to 40 psi are also available. Note that this Gen4 wastegate has been superseded by the award-winning Turbosmart GenV range. However, Turbosmart's Legacy Program ensures continued support with spares and accessories for previous generation products.
