Description

The Generac PowerPact 6998 is a compact and affordable home standby generator designed to provide automatic backup power during outages. This WiFi-enabled unit delivers 7,500 watts on LP (liquid propane) and 6,000 watts on NG (natural gas). It comes bundled with an 8-circuit, 50-amp automatic transfer switch, which monitors utility power and starts the generator automatically when an outage is detected, then transfers power back to the utility when it returns. Its small footprint and durable steel enclosure make it suitable for various residential installations.
