The Generac 6171 is a maintenance kit for standby generators. This kit provides the necessary hardware to perform routine maintenance on Generac automatic standby generators. It is recommended that maintenance be performed every 200 hours or every 2 years to ensure the generator system remains in top operating condition and meets warranty requirements. Oil and coolant must be purchased separately according to manufacturer recommendations.
