This sophisticated bolt-on system builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp kit, incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count. The calipers are precision-machined from a single billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and freedom from corrosion. Aluminum pistons are utilized for superior heat resistance. This kit features a floating two-piece rotor design, where the outer section can shift slightly, improving self-centering within the caliper. This design minimizes brake drag and enhances performance through more even application. Caliper brackets are CNC machined from carbon steel to directly integrate with the OEM caliper bracket locations, facilitating a straightforward installation. The included NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads are designed for optimal street and occasional track performance, offering reduced dust (50% or more compared to race pads), noise, and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Included DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines provide a crucial upgrade over stock rubber lines. They prevent expansion under pressure, resulting in quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Ksport offers customization with standard painted caliper colors (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium high-polish finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium), as well as glass/hard anodized colors, with over 20,000 custom color finishes available. Buyers can select between slotted or cross-drilled rotors, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily drivers.
